Q. Daniel H. of Louisiana asks: "Can I pick up my check from your offices?"
A. Brett Disdale from Pension Evaluators & QDROS Of Troyan, Inc Associates
Group, answers: "No. We do not have the ability to issue checks from the plan's
holdings. This is the responsibility of the investment platform utilized
by your plan. We issue instructions to the investment platform for payment
of your distribution, but we do not have any access to the plan's
account and do not see or receive the checks once they are issued by the
investment platform. Your check will be sent directly to you by the investment
platform once the distribution process has been completed."
