Fee Schedule

The following fees apply for our services:

Online Services

  • Determination of the Present Value of Defined Benefit Plans
    • Single Pension Evaluation (either Basic, Full Discovery, or Executive Compensation Evaluations)
    • Additional Evaluations
  • Determination of the Marital/Community Cash Value of Defined Contribution Plans

Off-Line Services

  • Defined Benefit Plan Form* (typically in the form of a monthly benefit unless a cash balance plan)
  • Defined Contribution Plan Form* (typically a 401(k) or other similar value stated plan with identifiable interest gain/loss or some other form of identifiable percentile or index based adjustment)
  • Determination of the Present Cash Value of Defined Benefit Plans
    • Single Pension Evaluation (either Basic, Full Discovery, or Executive Compensation Evaluations)
    • Additional Evaluations (same person and plan)
  • Social Security Offset Evaluation (either Basic, Full Discovery, or Executive Compensation Evaluations)
  • Next Day Service Fee or Same Day Service (in addition to Evaluation fee) contact us via email, phone, or fax to confirm we are still accepting rush services for that specific day. 
  • Determination of the Marital/Community Cash Value of Defined Contribution Plans
  • Coverture Fraction Method (The account balance as of the date the marriage ended is multiplied by a coverture fraction to determine the value of the account for equitable distribution or Community Property)
  • Subtraction Evaluation Method (The account balance as of the date the marriage ended is subtracted from the account balance as of the date of the marriage. The difference in the account balances is the value of the account for equitable distribution or Community Property)
  • Interest Gain/Loss Evaluation (The account balance as of the end of marriage date as per your jurisdiction is determined. This account balance is then adjusted for interest on the marital/community share of the gain loss to present. This is the value of the account for equitable distribution or Community Property)
