How Do I Know That, Once The Domestic Relations Order Process Begins, My Ex Will Not Evacuate The Funds From The Accounts?

started that my ex will not evacuate the funds from the accounts?"

upon the plans receipt and acknowledgement of your Domestic Relations
Order your husband's account shall be frozen; whereby preventing him
from evacuating funds to diminish your award. The account will stay "frozen"
until the QDRO is implemented by the plan. Whereby presenting a distribution
of your award to your separate account."
